Customised Pet Portrait Mugs
Step 1 - Place your order. Just choose your preferred style and product, and include your pet's name or any personalized text if needed, if no text is needed, simply write "None".
Step 2 - Upload your photo. Please send 2-5 detailed photos through the Live Chat on the website, you can also email your photos to pawsitivegift4u@gmail.com
If you choose to email us, please include your order number or the name associated with your order.
Step 3 - Process the photo. We will choose an ideal photo to create custom portraits within a week, and then email you the digital file. Once approvaled, we will handle printing, packing and shipping directly to you.
Step 4 - Shipping. Our current processing time is 2-6 days. For expedited orders, please message us.

Cell phone photos and images sourced from social media are suitable! Our artists will use your photo as a basis for crafting a custom portrait, so clear images that capture your pet's face are ideal. Typically, if you're pleased with how your pet appears in the photo, you'll adore the custom portrait we create for you! If you're undecided on which photo to choose, feel free to upload multiple options for us to select from.
