You'll receive the digital file within one week; print products will be delivered 2-3 weeks after completion.

Step 1 - Place your order. Just choose your preferred style and product, and include your pet's name or any personalized text if needed, if no text is needed, simply write "None".

Step 2 - Upload your photo. Please send 2-5 detailed photos through the Live Chat on the website, you can also email your photos to pawsitivegift4u@gmail.com

If you choose to email us, please include your order number or the name associated with your order.

Step 3 - Process the photo. We will choose an ideal photo to create custom portraits within a week, and then email you the digital file. Once approvaled, we will handle printing, packing and shipping directly to you.

Step 4 - Shipping. Our current processing time is 2-6 days. For expedited orders, please message us.

Cell phone photos and images sourced from social media are suitable! Our artists will use your photo as a basis for crafting a custom portrait, so clear images that capture your pet's face are ideal.
